CA Farmers & Ranchers Invited to Participate in Focus Group

Quick Summary

  • The UC Agricultural Issues Center (AIC) is conducting focus groups with California farmers & ranchers to discuss challenges in producing & marketing products, how they are addressing them, and what research should be prioritized by the University.

The University of California is looking to discuss with agricultural producers what they are finding challenging in producing and marketing their agricultural commodities, how they are addressing them and what research priorities the University should engage in to address these challenges.  To facilitate these discussions we would like growers, ranchers, etc. to register for one of the focus group meetings by clicking on the link to the appropriate session below.  This study is being led by Dr. Karen Jetter of the UC Agricultural Issues Center (AIC).  The AIC was established to research and analyze crucial trends and policy issues affecting agriculture and interlinked natural and human resources in California, and to make objective results available in various formats to policymakers and those affected by policies.
