Kathleen Patrocinio is the UC SAREP Finance and Business Manager, handling finances, human resources and business administration for the program. Kathleen has worked extensively in business and financial administration at UC, including her roles in department management in the UC Health System; finance management for the Health System’s Design & Construction department and the Cancer Center; and grants and proposal management at the UC Davis Office of Research. In her work in the UC Davis Physics and Astronomy Department, Kathleen managed multi-million dollar research proposals and grants and special projects. Kathleen also worked as Assistant Director & Business Manager in UC Davis University Relations and as Budget & Finance Director in the School of Education. She was also tapped, on several occasions, to serve in acting Executive Director and Co-Assistant Dean roles, providing high level advisory support to Vice Chancellors and Deans. Prior to joining ASI and SAREP, Kathleen served as the Financial Services Unit Head at the UCD Library managing financial and business operations.
