Each month, UC dining services hosts a wine tasting event at Gunrock Pub.
December's 'First Wednesday Wine Flight' will feature Russell Ranch dried tomatoes, produce from the Student Farm and other campus-grown treats, each paired with wine. Wines this month will come from the Oakville Experimental Vineyard, a UC Davis-run vineyard in Napa valley meant to study and improve viticulture practices.
The cost of the event is $10, and no reservations are required.
